While TRID applies to closed-end, consumer-purpose loans secured by real property, we do see some TRID-applicable loans that start off in the commercial/ag area and slip through the cracks from time to time.

TRID isn’t the only area commercial/ag lenders needs to be aware of. The Equal Credit Opportunity Act (Fair Lending, Denials, etc.), Flood Insurance, the Bank Secrecy Act and the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act can all come into play in your commercial/ag space.
