At this website, you'll find FIGHTING FRAUD WITH THE RED FLAGS RULE A How-To Guide for Business, a 17 page pdf document. Be ready. It's 21 Mb to download! Snoop around this website for some other helpful information.
The Guide is fairly basic and broad, but you'll find a good overview that you may want to use to train your bank's personnel. You'll also find helpful resources at the end.
