Privacy Notice...Better Late Than Never

If you have been anxiously awaiting the Regulators to release the "Online Form Builder" for the new Privacy notice, you are in luck.  The Online Form Builder was released yesterday.  If I remember correctly this was supposed to be available by the end of 2009.  Oh well, better late than never!
