MDIA Effective Today

As much as you have been dreading it, the day has finally arrived. The MDIA changes go into in effect today (July 30th). Keep in mind these new requirements pertain to applications received on or after July 30, 2009, not to applications already in process. A couple months ago, we updated our Real Estate Matrix (Version 7.1) to assist you in your training efforts. You can now download Version 7.1 from our website and distribute Version 7.1 to your lending personnel.
