HMDA Rate Spread Calculator

The FFIEC has updated their HMDA page with the new rate spread calculator (to be used for applications on or after 10/1/09) and the old calculator (to be used for applications before 10/1/09). The website also has a chart explaining when to use each calculator based on the loan application date and/or the action taken date. You should also read the "Help" pages for each calculator for instructions on loan terms and other useful information. You can find the calculators here.
